Swamped ("we", "our", "us") is a pre-launch software product for pool service technicians, expected to launch in July 2026. This page explains what information we collect from visitors who join our waitlist at swamped.pro, and how we handle it. This is the only product or service we operate today.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form on this site, we collect:

• Email address — required, so we can notify you when Swamped launches.
• First name — optional, used to personalize the launch email.
• Submission metadata — your IP address, browser user agent, and submission timestamp are recorded by our email service provider for fraud and spam prevention.

How we use it

• To send you a one-time launch announcement when Swamped is ready.
• To contact you if you appear to qualify for our limited "founder" pricing cohort (first 10 customers).
• To prevent abuse of the signup form (rate limiting, duplicate detection).

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for retargeting.

Who handles your information

Waitlist contacts are stored with Resend, our email service provider. Resend operates under its own privacy policy and complies with applicable data protection regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist contacts until either: (a) you unsubscribe, (b) the launch announcement is sent and you choose not to convert to a customer within 90 days, or (c) we abandon the project. In any of those cases, we delete your record from Resend.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from our waitlist immediately.
• Access or delete your data — email hello@swamped.pro and we'll remove your record on request, no questions asked.

Cookies and analytics

This pre-launch site does not set its own cookies. We may add anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) before launch; this notice will be updated when that happens.

Children

Swamped is a B2B tool for pool service professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle waitlist data, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file.
